With the help of the Eyemouth Rotary Club, children from Eyemouth Primary School get their hands on an AquaFilter Family Unit at their school picnic to see at first hand how it turns dirty contaminated water into clean safe drinking water.
The picture shows Rotary 1020 District Governor Nominee Jo Pawley and Eyemouth Rotarian Jim Hettrick getting down to ground level to help the children use the “Magic Pump” at the picnic, which was a whole school event with parents also invited to attend.
Eyemouth Rotary Club has also talked to another local Primary school as a part of a RotaKids presentation and allowed them to get hands on with the Aquabox and its contents.
Our thanks again go to the Rotary Club of Eyemouth for helping to spread the word about Aquabox within their community and of course to the staff and children of Eyemouth Primary School.
