Walking tour through Wirksworth in aid of Aquabox

Join local poet, Rob Stamper, on a poetic walking tour through the history of Wirksworth’s shops and shopkeepers

This fundraiser in aid of Aquabox has been kindly organised by Wirksworth Historians as part of the Wirksworth Street Museum. Each tour will take between 1 and 1.5 hours and start at the Memorial Gardens in Wirksworth. The route is easy walking around the town’s main street on pavements which are wheelchair/scooter friendly. Booking in advance is essential as numbers are limited.

For more information and to book a place on the walk, visit the Wirksworth Heritage Centre website here.

Donations on the day are welcome for Aquabox.
