BPEC Charity supports international water aid via Aquabox
Industry charity BPEC is supporting international water aid efforts via a donation to Aquabox, a volunteer-led charity that provides filtration units and other humanitarian aid to crisis zones around the world.
BPEC has donated £3500 to support Aquabox’s efforts in producing these important filtration systems. Neil Collishaw, BPEC Chief Executive, recently visited Aquabox to witness their work in action and later this year will be accompanying BPEC Trustees to meet the volunteers.
BPEC is an industry leading specialised provider of qualifications, assessments, training courses and learning materials, working closely with a UK wide network of colleges, private training centres and industry stakeholders. BPEC is dedicated to providing education and lifelong learning to those who work in the Building Services Engineering (BSE) sector.
The Worshipful Company of Plumbers partners with Aquabox
Aquabox has been supported by The Worshipful Company of Plumbers since 2019. The Company is part of the so called ‘Wet Ten’ Worshipful Companies, who are an informal group of both users and suppliers of water who share a common concern for the health of the water environment. They each have a charitable arm and they see their support of Aquabox as an opportunity to promote their philosophy of ‘safe water for all’ through charitable donation.
Aquabox by way of return affixes labels of the Company’s logo to the aid boxes their donations pay for and supplies photos of this aid being delivered across the world; these together with the Aquabox video are featured on their website.
TDP are so pleased we can help Aquabox save even more lives
TDP are supporting Aquabox as we believe strongly in sustainability and are combating waste by using recycled plastic waste to manufacture outdoor furniture. TDP helps to lower the amount of waste going to oceans, rivers and landfill.
Technolog keen to develop its relationship with Aquabox
